PleaseReview Log-on support

Welcome to the PleaseReview log on support site. This area of the help site solely covers support for logging onto PleaseReview. Once you are logged in the help ‘?’ function within PleaseReview will take you to the product support website which includes the user guide, quick guides, training movies and tutorials. This page addresses common login issues and questions

Help when using native PleaseReview…

Standard Login Screen

If you are presented with a log on page that looks like this, it is likely that you are trying to access a native PleaseReview system. Check the information below for help in accessing PleaseReview.

Are you registered on the system?

In order to log on you must be pre-registered on the system. Only authorized system administrators have the ability to set-up users. If you are not registered then you will need to talk to your systems administrator.

On the log on page you will see a 'reset password' option. For instructions on how test your registration, click here.

Are you a new user who needs to set your password?

To do this, follow the link and instructions in the email to set your password. If you are having difficulties, it could be that the password email link has expired or that the password you are entering contains unsuitable characters.

Has the password email link expired?

The default expiry on password email links is 24 hours, so if your link has expired prior to setting a password, you can reset your password on the login page. For instructions on how to reset your password click here.

Have you entered the correct user name?

Your user name may or may not be the same as your email address, it depends on the how the administrators of your PleaseReview instance have set this up. Clicking on the reset password link will send you details of your user name and allow you to reset your password. For instructions on how to reset your password click here.

Are you getting an error message when attempting to set a password?

If you are getting an error message when trying to set the password, ensure you are not using the following character: <

Are you accessing the correct PleaseReview instance?

Some companies host multiple PleaseReview instances so please check if you are accessing the right web address. The systems administrator for your PleaseReview instance can help. If you are unsure who to contact, our support team can help.

Has your email address changed?

Have you changed email address? If so, you may not be receiving the password reset email. If this is the case, contact the administrator for your PleaseReview instance to have this updated. If you are unsure who to contact, our support team can help.

Help when using an integrated PleaseReview solution…

If you are presented with a login page that looks like this, it is likely that you are trying to access an integrated PleaseReview solution. Check the information below for help in accessing PleaseReview.

From this screen, click the option relevant to you (if you don’t know this, you can try each option).

As you are accessing a PleaseReview integration, authentication will be managed outside of PleaseReview. In this case, enter your corporate login credentials and click login. If you are still unable to login, click on ‘More login options’ and select an alternative option.

Note: It is unlikely that the ‘reset password’ will work for you, as login credentials are managed outside of PleaseReview in this instance.

Follow these instructions for any of the following: reset password, forgotten password, testing if you are registered

1. Go back to the login page.

2. Click on the 'Reset Password' button.

3. Enter your email address into the box on the 'Reset Password' screen.

4. If you receive an error message 'Email address not recognised' you are not registered on PleaseReview.

5. If your e-mail address is recognised you are registered on the PleaseReview server and you will receive a message that an email has been sent to your registered email address which should arrive within 1/2 hour.

6. When the email arrives it will contain your user name and a link to reset your password. If you wish to reset your password you should click the link or paste the URL into your browser and this will enable you to change your PleaseReview password.

If you think you have not received the email - please check your spam folder!
